Group classes are held on Sundays and Wednesdays

On Sundays you can find us from 12:00 – 13:30 at The Legacy Martial Arts Academy in Hoxton, which is just a 60 second walk from Hoxton overground station, or a 15 minute walk from Old Street underground station on the Northern Line. 

 On Wednesday evenings we train from 18:30 – 19:30 at Borough Academy sports Centre, 7 minutes from Southwark station or 9 minutes from Borough Station. Spaces are limited so please contact us to see if we can accomodate you.
